The vision behind Workhorse Realty started with Ed Kolar and his desire to make Milan a better place and increase values by renovating the more run down homes in the area. The results have been great for the neighborhoods he works in and throughout Milan. He felt that now is the time to expand on this philosophy and continue to push values farther ahead by creating one company focusing on both real estate sales and custom renovations.
Our goal is to give a more personalized experience to our clients. It is important to us that every client is educated and comfortable throughout the transaction. Each of our agents are dedicated to practicing with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, both with clients and other agents.
